We've had some issues on Iphone once moving to Virgin from Tmobile
First Diverts didn't work so my mobile wasn't pushing unanswered calls to voicemail.This was eventually sorted by Virgin Customer service.
However they couldn't fix the Voicemail button. Annoyingly you cant hold down the 'voicemail' button of '1' on keypad unless you type the code in your keypad below
So Opne up your keypad as if you where about to make a call then type
*5005*86+44yournumberwithfirdtzeromissing#
ie *5005*86+447777123445#
Hey presto 1 key or voicemail key now works ;o)
Enjoy your iphone fully working on Virgin ( although not authorised by Virgin or Apple)

didn't work for me, just throws an error sayin 'Error performing request Uknown Error'
I guess they have changed something to stop this working
